Event hours:
Saturday, October 3rd- 12:00pm to 8:00pm
Sunday, October 4th - 11:00am to 6:00pm
Volunteer Hours:
Thursday, October 1st - 4:00pm-10:00pm
Friday, October 2nd-10:00am-9:00pm
Saturday, October 3rd 9:00am-10:00pm
Sunday,October 4th 9:00am-8:00pm
Monday, October 5th 10:00 am 8:00pm
Please complete ALL sections accurately
***FAILURE TO ANSWER HONESTLY WILL DISQUALIFY THE APPLICANT FROM SERVICE AS A VOLUNTEER WITH OUR ORGANIZATION***
