Thank you for your interest to support the 10th Annual Ink Against Cancer event on August 8-9, 2026, Utah.

Event hours: 

Saturday, August 8th- 12:00pm to 8:00pm

Sunday, August 9th - 12:00am to 6:00pm

Volunteer Hours:

Friday, August 7th-10:00am-9:00pm

Saturday, August 8th 9:00am-10:00pm

Sunday, August 9th 9:00am-8:00pm

Monday, August 10 10:00 am 8:00pm

Please complete ALL sections accurately

***FAILURE TO ANSWER HONESTLY WILL DISQUALIFY THE APPLICANT FROM SERVICE AS A VOLUNTEER WITH OUR ORGANIZATION***

   Ink Against Cancer reserve their right to refuse any volunteer

**Volunteers under 18 will need to receive written approval from legal guardian**
