Thank you for your interest to support the 8th Annual Ink Against Cancer event on July 13-14, 2024, at the Utah State Fair Park-155 North 1000 West, Salt Lake City, Utah.
Event hours:
Saturday, July 13th- 11:00am to 9:00pm
Sunday, July 14th- 10:00am to 6:00pm
Volunteer Hours:
Friday, July 12th 10:00am-10:00pm
Saturday, July 13th 8:00am-10:00pm
Sunday, July 14th 8:00am-10:00pm
Please complete ALL sections accurately
***FAILURE TO ANSWER HONESTLY WILL DISQUALIFY THE APPLICANT FROM SERVICE AS A VOLUNTEER WITH OUR ORGANIZATION***
Ink Against Cancer reserve their right to refuse any volunteer
**Volunteers under 18 will need to receive approval from legal guardian**
