Tattoo Shop Application- INK AGAINST CANCER 'Art Against Cancer Event
Tattoo Shop/Artist Application Minimum Requirements!
Must have a valid permit from their local County Health Department
Must have business License.
Must Have a Current Portfolio
Must Have a Current Bloodborne Pathogens Certificates
Must provide intake sheets and after care instructions.
INK AGAINST CANCER 'Art Against Cancer Fundraising event must take place on 8.8.2024.
Your shop will decide if you will be doing flash art and/or large pieces. We just need to know for advertising purposes what your shop and artists will be doing.
*Each tattoo artist agrees to donate a minimum of 50% of all earnings from Ink Against Cancer event*
NO EXCEPTIONS
You will receive an email from Ink Against Cancer when your application has been received and approved by the IAC Artist Committee.

Ink Against Cancer reserve their right to refuse any artist.
Applications will be reviewed by the IAC Artist Committee
**No one under 18 will receive a tattoo at the event**
