10th Annual Hockey & Ink Cancer Awareness Weekend Event Details

Where: Maverik Center – West Valley City, Utah

Special Feature: Live tattoos for a cause (Saturday, February 28 only)

A team of incredible tattoo artists is donating their time and talent to offer event flash tattoos on a first-come, first-served basis. Spots are limited and fill quickly.

Tattoo Sign-Up Details

🎟️ A game ticket is required to enter the building.

All tattoos sign-ups happen inside the Maverik Center.

Sign-Up Locations & Times

4:30 PM – 6:00 PM @ ADA / VIP Area

6:00 PM – Until full @ Section 123

⚠️ First come, first served. Once spots are filled, sign-ups will close.

Tattoo Pricing-Flash tattoos begin at:

$100/$150/$200 (Pricing depends on size and placement.)

Event flash only.

⚠️ Age & Identification Requirements-Must be 18 years or older.-

No one under the age of 18 — NO EXCEPTIONS. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required.

No copies of ID. / No expired IDs. -Failure to provide valid identification will result in denial of service.
